Shoreline Cruise Policies

Please plan to arrive 25-45 minutes before your departure.
Please remember that if you need to reschedule for any reason, you can call 518.668.4644 or email email@example.com. There will be a rescheduling fee per order. If you have any other questions, feel free to get in touch.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. We sail rain or shine, you will be notified via the contact information you gave if for any reason the cruise is cancelled. In the very rare event that Shoreline Cruises cancels a cruise, only then will a refund be an option, or we will reschedule you, free of charge.
During the spring & fall season we run on a day-to-day basis depending on weather. In the early spring season or the late fall season cruises may be cancelled due to poor weather conditions and/or low cruise attendance, as we do have a minimum required to sail. Please call ahead the day you'd like to cruise to confirm we are sailing or at anytime for questions- 518.668.4644.
Dinner Cruises/Fireworks Dinner Cruises must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance from the start time of the cruise. Two Hour Evening Cruise tickets may be upgraded to Dinner Cruise tickets, but must be done so at least 4 hours prior to the start of the cruise (usually 6:30pm). The upgrade is $35 for adults and $14 for Children 3-11 in 2017. They will not be able to be rescheduled without the minimum 24 hours notice.
The doors will close 5 minutes before departure. Shoreline is not responsible for passengers who arrive late and miss the boat, so please plan for extra time when considering parking and traffic. Shoreline parking lot is first come, first serve and spots are not guaranteed. The parking lot is free for Shoreline patrons, but it does fill up fast depending on how busy the day is. Fireworks are not put on by Shoreline Cruises, and Shoreline is not responsible for the cancellation of fireworks shows.
Both boats have full cash bars available on board, but the cash bar and snack bar on the boats are cash only, so please come prepared. The closest ATM is located right next door at King Neptune's Pub, 1 Kurosaka Lane. Light snacks may be available for purchase on the Horicon, while in the summer the Afternoon Bay Cruises on the Adirondac have an a la carte, freshly made to order, light lunch menu available on board. No outside food or drink is allowed on board without prior permission from Shoreline, no exceptions. Please inform Shoreline staff of any allergies you deem necessary prior to boarding/consuming any food or drink products, and especially if you will be joining of for a dinner cruise.
Seating on the boats is first come, first serve, unless otherwise directed by Shoreline Staff. Please note that safety is our top priority, and therefore there is a maximum number of guests allowed on the top deck on each of the boats at one time. The 3rd (top) deck of the Adirondac has a maximum of 100 people at one time. This includes all cruises, including Fireworks Cruises. The fireworks may be visible from the other decks, and there is no execptions to the maximum 3rd deck capacity. Shoreline Staff reserves the right to limit each deck to the capacity they deem safe.
Lake George Shoreline reserves the right to check any and all bags being brought on to the boats, including but not limitied to purses, backpacks, plastic bags, etc.
